On the plus side, I have only purged once and only fasted for a couple of days, on the minus side I look and feel like shit. My apetite inhibitors should arrive next week so I should do well on those but gah, I feel like all the shit I've put myself and my body through has been for nothing-- I need to go on a diet stat! But I eat less than 800 cals a day as it is... gah, I really don't want to go back into therapy but I wish this didn't have to be so difficult.
