That I barely eat! Her mum is the sort of mum who will talk about anything (e.g. last time I was at her house she asked me if I was sexually active [i refused to answer] and advised me to get tested for chlamidiya [and to tell all of my friends to]). I'm quite worried, her mum does talk to my mum and I'm worried that she will tell her. What can I do?

Also, my friend knows more 'bad' things about me, what are the odds she has told her mum?

On the upside, I've lost all the weight I put on when school started

Hm, I don't really think you can blame your friend too much for this since it doesn't seem like she meant to tell her mother. If you've talked to her about not telling her mom everything, then I think that's good. Hopefully she can be a bit more careful in the future. Otherwise, I guess all I can say is be aware that the things you tell her just might get passed to her mother.

If your mother brings it up, it's probably best to just be as honest as you can with her. Trying to evade what's happening doesn't seem to work too well. For me, it worked for a while, but then it just ended up really bad in the end. If you tell her the truth and how you are feeling, chances are you can work it out more smoothly then if it's just hanging there in between you two.

Good luck!

talk to your friend about telling her mom everything, make it apparently clear that you don't want her talking about you to her mom.

agreed.
And if you have lost all that weight by not eating, a) its not healthy, and b) your friend was probably just trying to help and didnt know what to do.
Talk to her about it rather than avoiding the whole "what are you having for lunch" conversation.

She says that it came out by accident in an argument about why she wasn't finishing her dinner... she's so upfront that she would tell me herself if she was worried.

Also, I am well aware that my habits are unhealthy but, to me, it is worth it

I said something to that effect when she told me about the not eating thing.
