| You have several of the symptoms of an eating disorder, that's for sure. Guilt when you do eat, forcing yourself to throw up, eating little or no food, and constant thoughts of dieting because you're not happy about your weight. If you want to get help and soon, talk to your parents or at least your guidance counselor (or even a trusted teacher). And don't feel guilty about how things have been going through in your life. Yeah, you have SI yourself in the past- seems like you just traded one bad habit with one just as equally bad, and didn't realize it. The sooner you get help, the better and easier your rehabilitation could get. |

First I would only drink water to surpress the hungrer feeling but when my bff found out I would eat alot when she was around and then go in the bathroom and throw it up. I had to get help because my whole life was centered around vomiting or not eating at all. Get help. or I'll give you some way of P Ming me. |

I had that same issue and somewhat still do... Something that really helped is my friend stood me in front of a mirror and pointed out all the places that showed I was too skinny such as ribs sticking out or hip bone or collar bone sticking out too much.. when you realize that people notice you're too skinny it scares you and helps you get back on track with normal eating habits.. you can talk to me if you need me |
