and malnourished cause me to be freezing cold and dizzy and have a killer headache?   It is constant, though, even when I eat something it doesn't go away.   Should I look into going to a doctor to see if i should take even mroe vitamins than they already have me on?

Yes all these symptoms are evidence of dehydration or vitamin deficiency caused by starvation and malnourishment. It is understandable that when you eat it doesnt go away. If you are serious about getting back on track, dieticians tell malnourished and anorexic people to eat a 4000 a day diet for 3 weeks along with a multivitamin every day to get your vitamins and minerals and proteins back up where they need to be.

If you're skinny, you don't have much to retain heat, and if you're undernourished, you aren't getting the energy needed to send oxygen to your brain so it's making you dizzy.

Eat something already and go see a doctor.

Yeah, cause the body is runing out of calories to burn for energy in order to keep all your systems from working properly.
