Help.

I have been bulimic...
it then developed into a "mild" (i dont know how to explain) anorexia.

and im falling back into bulimia from my anorexia...
i dont want that.
at the moment im trying to self recover and it is not working.

i keep binging.
i hate it
i need advice.

help?

Dont be scared i know its not easy. Have some faith in yourself, make some plans and set small goals to start getting yourself back on track. If you want to see a counselor no one really has to know and you dont have to trust anyone but that one person.

hang in there and be strong.

For sure go to a specialist.  That is the best way to recover from things like this.  Good luck!
