| Just try to remember why you stopped and look at her in other ways--- what is better about you than her? e.g. hair, skin, smarts. I've been there, I recently relapsed into mia because a friend has started to lose weight (she was almost my size)... I'm not going to tell you that you are better than her, or you are thin enough (because I know, you never will be) but I can remind you to remember why you want to recover. PM me if you need to talk |

so what are you doing to lose weight? Purging? Not eating? Exercising? Your bmi doesn't seem worrysome at all. I really wouldn't fret about losing weight if you aren't doing it in a detrimental way to your body.
actually its kinda a vicious cycle of eat a little over exercise and then when my mom forces me to eat i just puke it all up... |

| No-one can be perfect. Set yourself a challenge to not say anything bad about yourself, in terms of weight, height or looks. |

| Smallest/skinniest does not equal perfection. There is such a thing as TOO skinny and its NOT attractive. |
