Maybe try cutting down on the amount you eat at a time? Even if you eat healthy you can still gain weight by eating too much.

Also, you could have alot of muscle. I have alot of muscle and I never seem to weigh less than 130lbs no matter how little I eat.

I've seen my share of anorexic, emaciated-looking girls. Fucking disgusting. There's a difference between naturally skinny and diet-till-you're-dead skinny.

Don't ever say that! You know what happens when your anorexic? If you starve yourself, then your body won't be getting anything, so it would start eating everything inside. Then you would have to get hospitalized and they would have to put a feeding tube in you to give you the nutrients you need and put you in counseling.

Thats very expensive for your parents, unless your parents have the money. And its not responsible. Be cool and don't do it.

That's just what happens to your head.
The Psychological effects are the worse ones, constant nagging and telling you your not good enough, cutting yourself of from society, killing yourself slowly.

It's all downhill from there.

No, you don't. You really don't.

You wish you were slimmer.

Visit a doctor, perhaps? You're gorgeous as you are but if you're concerned about anything then that's what they're there for. If you're tried various ways to lose weight and nothing seems to be coming off then a doctor can tell you if you need to lose weight at all and how would be the best way to go about it.

Being thin is not at all similar to having a serious eating disorder. Saying something so bold is not at all an intelligent thing to do.

Clearly, whatever you're eating and however much you happen to be exercising is not working for you. Mix it up. Watching your weight might sound like a nice idea, but you can't continue eating the same things over and over. There needs to be variance in order for your body to be able to lose weight.

Do more cardio excercise and if you continue to struggle, speak to a doctor. That said, don't claim you wish you were anorexic, because you clearly lack a true understanding of the disorder. It's nice to say things in jest, just because you wish you were very thin, but serious mental and physical ailments should not be joked about.

No, you don't wish you was anorexic. You wish you were thin, not anorexic.

You obviously need protien. Try eating meat with your meals. Anorexia is unhealthy. Just excercise more. Toned and fit people are hot. Skinny scrawny people are not.
I wouldn't say exercise more.. i would just say more protein.. its sound like you wrk out enough.
saradotcom Posted at 2:36 pm on Nov. 18, 2008
Are you a vegetarian because you love animals, you dislike meat, or because you're trying it as some form of a diet?
If it's one of the first two, there are so many vegan/vegetarian products that are full of protein that are very healthy that you can eat.  I eat a lot of the Veggie Patch brand.

That's not fat whatsoever.
Out of all the weights to be
worried about, it's definitely
not yours. You're just fine.
