You should tell her that you are concerned about her, and that you are not willing to lose her and youre afraid that this is something that has consumed her to an unhealthy state. Tell her that you support her and you want to help her. Dont threaten her but tell her that your concern is making you believe that she might need to talk to someone.

do a lot of reading, right now, on the internet from good sources. I've learned a ton about anorexia from my psychology AP class, and trust me, it's deeper than you may think. She is obsessive about food, and probably has a mild OCD type of thing, and she focuses it on food. You can help more if you know what she's going through, so learn about it.

if she actually anorexic she needs to get to a professional. you can't help her other than getting her to a doctor telling her she is perfect and trying to make her eat won't do it. if she really is anorexic, do her a favor and call a pro. |

Short of tranqulizers and feeding tubes: TALK TO HER. You are probably one of the top people she will listen to. Try to break through to her.

tell her what it does and try to get her to stop and support her through trying to stop. it might seem prying, but you might want to make sure that shes actually not just getting around your work. also, you may want to try a counselor or something because anorexia turns into a sort of psychological disorder as well as an eating disorder
