| ok, first you should really tell your parents. try writing them a note if you are uncomfortable talking to them. second, find professional help. don't worry. Professionals deal with this kinda thing every day. they know how to help. i think notes are easier than face-to-face personally. ex: i told my mom that I am bisexual through notes. It worked perfectly and she was really cool about it. after the first awkward part we were able to talk normally about it. i think it will be the same with you and your parents. |

It's really important you talk to your parents. If you just cannot do that, try making your bad eating habits apparent so maybe they'll confront you. Recovering from an eating disorder requires help-it's nearly impossible to do it on your own. If you feel guilty about eating, you are not okay. You still have that same stigma and your disorder will come back. You need to get professional help before something bad happens. |

| You need to admit the problem openly and then seek for help and get support. At least you now admit you have something going on, but now you need to actually say it out loud and in "public" |
