| you are going to end up hurting yourself at 200 calories a day. try 800 calories and a lot of exercise. i was a ballerina too and exercise does a lot more for you then starving yourself |

i'm a ballerina, i'm supposed to be tiny...and i'm not. i hate food, in all honesty. i have my one of my last HUGE performances in 2 weeks, but my bodices for 3 of my dances will BARELY hook because i've gained so much weight. if my costume doesnt fit, i dont get to dance. i'm in dire need of losing the weight. & dont say "oh just eat healthy & excersice" cuz i work out for a minimum of 3 hours a day but between 2-6 hours of dance, 7 days a week, and normally i eat really healthy, & i'm vegetarian on top of that & i still never lose a lb. |

Don't worry. That is what food is for...to eat. You shouldn't be so strict about what you are eatting. It doesn't sound like you too much food anyway. |
