You are aware they recommend you eat about 2000 calories a day (2500 for a guy)? Even if you're losing weight.
Please eat something, if only because you're putting your body into starve mode, and when you eat something, it'll convert it all into fat because it doesn't know when it'll get its next meal. It's a really really bad way of losing weight.
The best way to lose weight is to eat a balanced, healthy diet that gives you all the calories you need, and exercise.
