i know there's no such thing as spot-weight-loss.
and i'm planning on losing at least 10 more pounds. preferably 15. (i'm at 124 and 5'8'').

but...i do ballet. i'm a dancer. and my boobs make it very inconvenient!!!

i can't wear a leotard without a bra, like you're supposed to, and i hate it!!!

i'm a C, and i'd like to be, like, an A.
how much weight do you think i'd have to lose? or won't that even help?

is there any way to make them more toned?
or...make them smaller. like an A cup?

hey could you please pm me

You may be able to get them a bit smaller, but not down to an A cup. I have the same problem you have (also a dancer) and I'm sorry to say hat the only way is surgery.

Just get a breast reduction dear.

i'm 13, too young for surgery.
i'd rather avoid surgery.

I was 180lbs a few years ago with 40DD boobs.  I lost a bunch of weight and am now around 130lbs and I have 36DDs.  They didn't shrink any.

Trying to lose such a large amount of weight sounds very unhealthy to me... you weight about the same as me and I'm tiny!  And you're like an inch taller.  Loosing any more weight could be pretty bad... watch yourself

there are no exercises to shrink the breasts, but there are some exercises that can firm the breasts
Chest Press
Pec Flye
Decline Chest Press
Incline Chest Press
Bench Press
One Arm Chest Press.

Just because you lose weight doesn't mean that your boobs will go away.

A lot of your fat is in your boobs, so yeah.

I know when I start to eat unhealthy, all the fat goes straight to my breasts.

you're 5'8", 124 lbs, and you want to lose weight?

I swear to God. I'm going to kill myself now. Wtf.

Reduction is something you should look into.

You'll probably make yourself underweight if you lose much more

If you're bulimic.
Wouldn't suggest
it though. Not a
smart move. Trust
me. But other than
that, don't think so.
