That said, people have incredibly different metabolisms, so comparing to other people might not work out.
You're suppose to eat more then 3 times a day, somewhere around 6. Three meals, and three snacks between meals. You're body never knows when it's going to get food, so it stores fat. But if you eat constantly (6 healthy meals/snacks) and work out, your body knows it's getting food, and doesn't have to store anything. So you loose weight.
agreed, the less you eat, the more weight you'll find you put on, as your digestive system will become more efficient with regards to absorbing sugars and fats to be able to fuel you for when you aren't eating...
