By my therapist about my eating disorder. I felt like my heart was about to jump out of my chest during. I mean I could literally feel my heart pounding so fast! So now that she knows and everyone else in my household; I'm going to be made  to eat 3 meals a day! So I've had a great day!!!

That will be beneficial in the long run. You need to eat.

I know this must be really frustrating, because you trusted this person with all of your secrets and here they went back and told the person you least wanted to know.  But you have to understand, it is within their professional requirements to notify the parents of a minor if there is any form of self-harm involved so that the individual can get the help he or she needs as soon as possible.  So, don't be so mad.  They were obligated, and it was for the betterment of you and your health.

Now, instead of taking it negatively, think of it as an opportunity to get the help you needed to get your mind and body back on track.  To make yourself healthy again.  Really, as frustrated as you are now, this is a very positive thing.
