so if you r anorexic and you hide it but you know that you need help and your parents dont believe you and dont see whats going on. what do you do to get help?

go see a counselor

Go to the counsellor or a gp
They will believe you
unless you are 300lb and 4'9 saying you have anorexia- then they will tell you your delusional

call one of those help hotlines, talk to a therapist, talk to friends.
