If I put pressure on my body on one point, it aches so much. What can I do to relieve the pain?? I drank a glass of milk to increase my calcium abit, and still I dont feel better. suggestions please, besides eating more and seeing a doctor. I dont think its arthritis, since even if its really hot it still hurts. -.-
