Please help me!!! What should I do? What should I tell them?

If you can't, you can talk to some professionals, such as your physician or guidance counselor and they might be able to help. Colleen35 Posted at 3:20 pm on Dec. 23, 2008 It is bad on your health.  If you want to stop, going to a clinic will help; if you don't want to go, then you need to find a way to get support outside of one.  Try looking for a group in your area; they'll be able to help you think of strategies. However, I can also tell that while you're afraid of the consequences, you really are looking for help. They're your parents, they're going to love you no matter what you do, so I suggest you just wait for some quiet time and you just tell them. Tell them about your fears, everything that you're worried about. PM me if you want to talk.
