I didn't eat for a bit. I then ate one meal yesterday, and that was it.  I'm starting to hallucinate now, and i feel dizzy-usually i end up falling every time i walk.   the worst part of this is, i can't eat or drink anything wiituout getting sick and puking, so now i cna't do anything.

can someone tell me, preferrably that has been in this situation, what to do?   I know that it is incredibly stupid of me to have done this, but hopefully there will be a few that understand it's not easy to just stop, and things get out of control extremely fast.  Please, if someone can, help me.  I can't evne og to a doctor, because i hvae no way to get to one.
any foods i can eat that won't make me as sick?  or anything...
