I lost weight. It wasn't intentional, but I've been really stressed. I also have these random mood swings. They get me really, really low and when I'm that sad I can't eat. I get these really bad head aches and everything I hear echoes in my head. I can hide the mood swings by staying to myself but the weight loss is getting harder to hide. I spend most of my time at school in a uniform so, no one there notices. But anybody who steps foot in my house seem to feel obligated to point out the obvious. They say I've gotten too skinny and lost my figure. I'm sick of everybody pointing it out if they can't help. I try to eat and I just feel sick. They're all assuming it's an eating disorder. I go to the doctors in a couple of weeks and I need a way to gain weight. I've already lost 15 pounds.

I'm kinda going through the same thing
Something is stressing me out and I don't know what
Why not get those cheapish anti-stress pills from your drugstore or something, I used ones called calm when my gf told me to take them, they helped actually,
Basically work on getting rid of the stress and it'll ease the not being able to eat thing
Go to a doctor and tell him/her about the problem they'll probably prescribe you medication for your tummy or/and for your stress

I'm just not sure about the mood swings..
Maybe a side-effect of not eating right anymore?
