I need advice on where to get help for myself. I'm not sure if I have an eating disorder or not, but I think that the fact I am posting this probably means that I do. I started "dieting" about three months ago and have gone from 156 to 99 pounds. I am scared to look in the mirror because I can count my vertebrae and ribs. I am afraid to talk to my parents and I don't really know what to do or who to talk to about it. I've tried regaining normal eating habits, but I cannnot make myself eat more than what I've become used to eating and keep getting anxiety attacks. Please--any advice?

Go and see a doctor. It is such a good thing that you are asking for help He/she will probably suggest that you try to re-introduce stuff, slowly. Just try to get enough protein and calcium at the moment and see what the doctor says.

PM me if you want to talk.
