I've only eaten 340 calories today and I feel like the fattest person ever!! I freakin hate my life right now!!!

i knoww how you feel. i ate two plums and like four bites of mac n cheese yesterday. and all last night i was thinking, "why did i eat thatt"..."why did i eat thatt"...over and over again.

and today, so far i onlyy had an apple.

I ate so many today that I don't even know how many calories I ate. But it's probably around fifteen. FIFTEEN HUNDRED!

Calories are a measure of energy, you need more than that. Don't worry abou calories in general. You should be worried about how many of those calories come from fat.  If an item has less than 30% calories from fat then its good to eat. If it has more, then you should probably stay away from it.
