Yeah so, Is it normal to like half starve yourself (Not eating for an odd day, skipping meals) and then feel like your putting on weight?  :S

If you are trying to loose weight, it's healthier to eat either 3 main meals or 6 small ones just as long as you are eating healthier foods.  Skippy meals lowers your metabolism.

When you starve yourself, your bodies defence goes up and starts storing fat so you don't diee -.-
