i will look in the mirror and see a huge whale and my friends are like your fine.

and i think about throwing up after meals but i dont.
and my sisters always critise me.

i dont knwo what to do except try to ignore my impulses to throw up.


help me.

i am over weight but i weigh 151 and im suppossed to wiegh 145....

don't worry about what your sisters think. my brothers were always criticizing me and now they feel so bad and are always saying that they are sorry and buying me presents.

I feel like a whale too but I don't have the urge to throw up. Consider yourself lucky if you're only 6 pounds overweight. Try exercising if you're really that worried about it. It'd help a lot. 6 pounds is a whole lot easier to lose than 100 or more.

ome im tha same way but im a little bit smaller (also probably way shorter too)

for me i didnt like how i looked till i found someone (my ex) that really loved my body and told me how pretty and skinny i was and it really really helped me

your beautiful never forget that but if u wanna change so badly go on a slow diet and excersie more. also if u drink alot of soft drinks stop cayse they put on a lot of weight.

Honey, I dont think you can physically see the difference between 145 and 151. Stop freaking out. You're fine, just dont worry about it.  Dont stop eating completely, just maybe eat healthier.
