how long can you go without eating before your body digests its muscle? and how much weight can you loose by not eating and how fast? i want facts not lectures

you do realize that different people have different amounts of fat storage? theres no way you would lose it all within that short amount of time anyway. a pound of fat has 3500 calories, and youd probably only be burning 1000-1500 a day.

anyway, it depends on the person

QFT, after your metabolism crashes and you start eating again your body will store almost everything you eat as fat. So in the long run you don't really accomplish anything.

The body starts burning muscle long before fat runs out. The body's defense mechanism against starvation is to conserve fat and reduce muscle (which in turn reduces metabolic rate).

And most people can survive much longer than three weeks with adequate water.

you can't lose weight by not eating
you gain the weight back (plus more) when u start eating again

so really there's no point
