it's okay-ish i'm kinda disgusted by how closeup the eye is. but it's kewl. i guess =/
For playing around... it's pretty good. If you want to use it in a better way, I agree with rawr- try using a photo that has more than just the closeup of an eye. Maybe all of their face or simply half the face? I would just play around with different angles with the effect. |

the eye needs to be more posturized and styled, where as the fire layer need to be more opaqu and reflective looking
That made no sense. You're talking out your arse. If he lowers the opacity on the fire layer (I'm assuming that's what you're getting at), then it'll be even less obvious as to what it is. And if by "posturzied" you mean "posterised", then the two layers will most likely look mismatched and disjointed. It'll look amateurish, basically. I'm not even going to touch the "reflective" comment.
i just want the nuke to stand out more and the eye look lees in-your-face-realistic |

| Change the skin to a slight orange/yellow hue. That will give the explosion effect. |

It would be nice if you resized it down... not just to save my screen but also to see how well the affect worked.
I'm use to the resolution on my screen.. I use 1280x1024... Looks fairly small to me.. but I resized it.. |

| The idea is cool & creative, it just doesn't look like omg wow. Just resize it, make the explosion more visible & like make the picture a little bit more toned. But i like it. |

Can't tell it's an explosion. Convert the eye layer to bw, and keep the explosion layer in colour. You'll get a more effective result.
Agreed, otherwise, that's awesome. |

the eye is a bit too ugly-looking. make the color of the skin a blueish grey and smooth the skin out for a better pic. however, good effects atm. |
