Drawing an object versus a figure is very different and so to judge your potential properly, I would draw something different. That, it's worth a shot, But it's not an amazing piece, and people are hard to draw but still. Maybe try taking some art classes? Drawing is more than lessons.. it's being able to draw your thoughts in a way. I'm going to college to become an art teacher, and I can safely say there is just no teaching certain people to draw. Maybe you should do a grid drawing instead of trying to free-hand?
