I'm looking for two things:

Do you know of any FREE photo editing software that allows you to fix facial blemishes and such...?

Do you know of any high quality low-cost photo editing software?

P.S. If you know of any software programs, please include the link to them if possible.

Personally, I don't like it. Probably because I compare it to Photoshop, which is amazing.

But it's free and it gets the job done.

Gimp 2.6, it's free and good.

They even added brushes, so now you can go to deviant art and type in gimp brush and download different packs just like photoshop.
