How can I make photos like this? How do I get the contrasting, complementary colors??

Go to photobucket, click edit above the picture, when the edit thing loads, go to effects, and select pop art.

I don't have photobooth. You can't do this just with messing around with hue and contrast.

IRL it's easy, you carve a stamp and use different inks.

easiest way is to do it in a mac. chyeah. as that was done in a mac. otherwise. play with contrast and colour levels.
