I would let someone know before you move out. 16 is still rather young to actually move out of the house. It's a big step for a teenager. There are many things that you have to consider before doing so. Can you support yourself on your own? That's a huge question. It's really hard for teenagers to live on their own because of this reason. Safety is also an issue. I'm sure your parents love you very much and would be worried if you just moved out without telling anyone. I would suggest you talk to your parents about it first, before you do anything. It's always good to get someone else's opinion on things like this. Good luck and be careful!

Wel they probably would. I mean, dont you have to be 18 to really move out? Id suggest telling your parents you're moving out, THEN move out. Or another option would be make sure they dont find you really soon.

Unless you contacted your parent or gaurdian face to face about it... it might get treated as suspicious by the police
