There's a lot of pros and cons to each. la is not the main city of entertainment, it's the main city of movies.  nyc is the main city of music and shows.  nyc's home to mtv and bet and 7/8 of the biggest record companies.  we got nbc, fox, abc, comedy central, etc.  king of queens, seinfeld, sex in the city, friends, house (set outside the city), etc. nyc aint the main city of the us... it's the main city of the world. center of the fuckin universe... deal with it.
