"At Cambridge there are two main ways to study psychology - in the Natural Sciences Tripos (NST) and in the Social and Political Sciences (SPS) Tripos. Both tracks start broadly and allow you to progressively specialise in psychology. While no one at Cambridge enters as a 'psychology' student, both the Natural Sciences and the Social and Political Sciences tracks are recognised by the BPS as adequate bases from which to embark on professional training as a psychologist." if you want to do a psychology degree, go to UCL. Oxford is second though (according to The Times University Guide) so either or would be grand.
