Ideally, I would like to be on the East Coast since this is nearer to where I will be in the first place, and I can't afford to travel (a) as far as Cancun and (b) to somewhere as touristy and (presumably) expensive. I'm looking for somewhere less-known, less-expensive and on the East coast of Mexico - central Veracruz would be good!! If not, can anyone suggest any other activities that can be done in this area, or anywhere in Puebla, Pachuca or Mexico City. Thanks x

Replies FiercexMelon Posted at 7:53 am on Dec. 2, 2008 Cancun is not that expensive. You can bargain with the locals there. The most expensive cost will be the plane ticket to get there.
