Which i read on here, can help. Well, I am 40 pounds overweight. But, my chances are still pretty high right? We want this so bad. Edit: Yeah, you guys are right. I know two people who were trying for quite some time and just couldn't get pregnant.  One still hasn't, and the other had a miscarriage.   (They were both over weight and are old enough) The one who had the miscarriage is actually a very good friend of mine and believes the same as I do. If it is meant to happen it will happen. Just try not stressing out so much about it. There are many factors that can play along, right down to something like the temperature.  Some females may easily conceive, while others may not.  It depends on the couple. I would continue trying, and see how it goes.  If time still passes by, you may be able to speak to a doctor and see what their take on it is.
