Take another test there to ensure that you're actually pregnant. If you are pregnant, discuss the options with your doctor or whoever you're comfortable talking about this with. You need to act on this now to make some serious decisions if the case is that you're actually pregnant. If you took 4 tests and they all showed positive then its pretty safe to say you are pregnant so you should go to the doctor as soon as possible. they will confirm it and then you decide what you want to do based on your options.
