For us to have any idea of your likelihood it would be helpful to know when you took the test, because if it was like, a week after you had sex it probably wasn't too accurate. a month after your missed period? should be pretty accurate. |

And stress can cause them to screw up. As can a change of diet etc. anything that is not normal. So if you were really stressed out that could cause it to be late.

To add to what i said (which i'm aware wasn't that helpful) It's impossible to say. Tests these days are pretty good and if you waited until after you realized your were supposed to have had your period then that is like 3 weeks which i think they should be able to tell by then. If you are 14 i am guessing you haven't been getting periods for that long? When you're a teenager they can be pretty irregular, especially the first few years so it's totally possible that you're not pregnant and your period is just late. I remember i used to skip them all the time. I got my period when i was 12 and even 2 years later they tended to be fairly regular but occasionally i would just skip a month or two.

If u wer very upset by your bf breaking up with you, this could cause your period to be late. But i do see ur concern as your period is a month late! How recent was it that u took the test? It mite be a bit of comfort it was negetive but i think u shud take another test 2 b on the safe side! Hope this woz useful!

if you're 14 your still "under construction" so your period could just not be happening but given 2 months it is likely

I can't put a number on how likely it is, but i would say its a definite possibility. I would get a doctor-test, to be sure. how old are you?

Unfortunately it's fairly likely as you had sex at a fairly fertile time in your cycle Are your periods regular yet? In your early teens it's not uncommon to miss a period every once and a while, but obviously that becomes more suspicious if you've had sex or if your periods are very regular. I'd suggest taking another test with your first pee of the day (more concentrated). If you can, go to the doctor because that is always the best option

100% you're pregnant I know this because I'm a doctor who prefers to spend my time on LW as opposed to working in a clinic and getting paid :)
