Is there a way to escape the "friend zone?"  I am currently knee deep in it and want to get out because I really love this girl.  We went out for a short time and she broke up with me and gave no reason.  We are still friends but I really want a relationship with her because I really care about her.

Any ideas??????????

Tell her. If you've already been with her, you shouldn't have the "friend zone" problem.

I think the friend zone problem arose at the end of our short relationship. She kept telling me that it was hard for her to see me as anything different as a friend and I told her the same but we agreed that it would take some time and we'd ride it out... I never got the chance to give it time... she took it away from me.

Honestly, if I was in that situation, I'd try to continue being friends for a little while longer, gain her trust back, and then see how it goes.

How long would you wait? Also do you have any tips for me?

I'd give it a nice cushion of time, just to make sure. Personally, I'd just be happy being friends because that's how I am, but just make her see that you love her and are there for her.

Of course. Wouldn't you rather to take a risk than to always wonder "what if"?
