I use it when I feel forced into saying the words by social standards - ie, I'd use it insincerely. I'm sure there are some people that would mean love you when they say luv ya (though the lack of "I" would point insincerity in my books) but I wouldn't consider them the sort of person I'd want to associate with. 2. It's significantly more attractive if any girl doesn't care about any supposed flaws. 3. Drop the issue. He doesn't want to talk about it. It's best to leave it alone.
