i don't. this is my problem.

sometimes i'll write. sometimes i'll listen to music. i'll cry. a lot of the time i'll quite literally curl up in a ball and go to sleep hoping not to wake up, but while i'm doing this hoping he's doing the same.

Ages ago it used to be; cutting, any other form of self harm and thinking about suicide.

Now I talk to my boyfriend or put my pajamas on, get some hot chocolate and watch a nice film in bed.
