I would never violate a friends trust and respect.  The only way to get around it is get the approval of your friend and the parents.  Otherwise tie your pecker to your leg and wait until she is 17. With the disapproval of the family though, it could be hard. If you do go for it, I'd suggest making sure you're both interested, and know the consequences before you try talking to disapproving parties like parents (this is also really important).
