| I wasn't worried about us splitting up, so it wasn't a big deal to either of us. The only way he will be with someone else, is if I die, in which case it is perfectly appropriate to see another womans name on your man. |

| I think it's too awkward. My cousin got her ex's name tattooed on her, and they eventually split up. Now she's married to another guy who has to see her ex's name ALL the time. |

| It's never smart to get a tattoo drunk. |

My ex boyfriend has my name on his wrist. I find it hilarious we're not together anymore.
LOL, that's why I wasn't too keen on Mike getting my name on him, but we knew we were going to be together.
I didn't want him to get it and I always hated it. He got drunk and got it done, serves him right. |

God no. Absolutely not. I see no need for it, at all.
There is no need, but some want. |

| Who said he did it to prove love? It had nothing to do with that. His love was already proven. I don't need to see my name on his leg to know that he loves me. |

| Never said 99% of those other tattoo's are creative either. Tattooing names takes it a step further in the lack of creativity department. Why would someone even need to do that to prove love; love is more than ink on the skin. It seems all it appears to be is a false sense of assurance. |

no, its fucking stupid. Especially if you break up
We aren't going to "break up", so I am not worried about it. Quote: from Dev95 at 1:46 pm on Dec. 4, 2008
no..personally I find tattooing someones name on yourself or them tattooing your name on themself is a bit creepy...
Why? Quote: from Narfled the Garthok at 1:47 pm on Dec. 4, 2008
You forget your lovers name or something? It is a completely stupid tattoo idea, no creativity and in a sense a form of branding.
It is no less creative than 99% of the rest of the tattoos out there. |
