Replies Bagheera Posted at 2:12 pm on Dec. 4, 2008 I think you've made it pretty clear that this guy is not what's best for you, in fact he's less, he has a negative impact upon you and your day to day life. If you can find one good reason why that should be ignored, a truly good reason, then you should consider it, but you haven't shown any indication of it being even worth the time of day for you. Granted, people do make mistakes. They do hurt others by mistake, and want a chance to make it up to them. But you're really the only person who can decide whether his indiscretion was a one off mistake, or whether it's just typical, exactly the kind of guy that he is. You don't deserve to open yourself up to the chance of being hurt again. Don't take that risk. Why go back to that when you could have someone who's loyal and a sweetheart?  Don't be one of those people who go back to bad relationships that they know won't be that great but still choose to do it because they claim that they're unable to let go of what they built up. Trust me, I know how hard it may be but when something is dreadful, you may not let go of it as fast but you ultimately will let go. Don't put yourself in that position. Don't think twice about things like this. You know he's no good, why go back to something that's horrible. He could be twice as bad as he was before, you never know.
