| Find someone you don't mind looking at, or organise one of your friends to smile and look interested for the whole of the presentation so that you can look at them. It's not a very good presentation technique, but if your nervousness affects your presentation normally, it should be worth it. |

| I'm a nervous type... but by getting into the swing of what I'm saying, and trying to say it with energy (but not so much that you become an OTT television presenter) you should be fine! |
