| Unless she made an agreement with him she has no obligation to reimburse him for the ticket, room, meals or the necklace. I am sure he enjoyed the pleasures of her flesh while there so he is being a bit pompous to ask. As for the necklace? She may conclude that the necklace is too much of a reminder of the jerk and want to give it back to him. However it would only be out of the goodness of her heart as she has no obligation to do so. In fact she may want to keep it just to aggravate him which is ok too. |

| They were gifts so he can't ask for them back, thats rude. However, I would probaby give back the necklace. |

| Lol, I remember I saw something like this on Judge Judy. The plaintiff got demolished. Apparently, once you give someone something as a gift, you lose all rights to ownership of it. |
