Like even though you know they love you, but it's like in the beginning they used to shower you with compliments, and then after a few months they don't do it anymore? And if they do it's only after you give them a compliment? I'm kinda feeling this way at the moment. I compliment my boyfriend tons, but the only time he does it is when I do it first. Or he would just say "Yeah, you too". And it makes me feel like I should either try harder with my appearance or just give up on trying. =/

I'm not sure. But if you feel like it's getting a little boring, you should talk to your boyfriend about it.
