I've been confused about my gf for a pretty long time and she's been wanting to get with some other guy. Techincally she's not cheating but she wanted to(i read her messages and i found out) I was talking to my best friends sister, and we're both having relationship problems, and then somehow we started making out...I've never cheated on a girl before because i know how it feels and i cant believe that i did it... I dont know why but i couldnt stop myself and i tried...what do i do

That's a fact. Your current relationship is missing something, because both you and your girlfriend are wanting to be with other people. You may want to be with her, but sub consciously you don't.  Tell your girlfriend what happened and suggest taking a break.
