It's my first ever date with anyone. I feel so nervous. My stomach is full of butterflies. I just have all these "thoughts" running through my head: -what if I'm too shy to react properly to him? -what happens if we kiss and I'm a rubbish kisser? -how do I know the right time to hold hands when we walk along the beach? -what happens if we do break the "no sex on the first date" rule? I guess it's normal to feel these nerves?

You will be fine, I know you are nervous however think it's it part of the fun of it. The kiss well sometimes it's down to nerves so I'm sure he will understand as I'm guessing you will have spoken to him about these things. Plus I'd avoid holding hands, it's gonna be boiling and clammyness is SO unsexy.
