She's just adventurous and wants to find out what it's like with another guy. It doesn't sound like she wants to break up with you, she's just curious. If you have a bestie you trust, you could explain the situation to him and my guess is he would be willing to oblige. As for whether you want to be there or not, that's your choice. I think I would, if just to make sure things don't get too chummy.
