I'm not going to go into my life story, so here's the cut-and-dry. Just looking for advice. :) My whole life, I've been shut up, emotionally, due to abuse in the family. I've never had a relationship before, and I'm sure it is due to my inability to open up to people. On more than one occasion, I have been told that I come off as uninterested and guarded to guys. How...exactly do I open myself up to a person? Anyone understand what I'm trying to ask/say here?
