I have a lot on my mind but am away from home and don't have many people to just talk to.  A girl I used to date lives near me and she used to be my best friend.  BUT she's still my ex... Is there any way to contact her/talk to her without me sounding like a douchbag on the rebound looking for something?  I have no intention of resparking anything... I just need someone to talk to..

I would definitely help out an ex who needed someone to talk to.
