I just received written feedback from an anonymous eHelp that I have recently replied to.  I would like to reply back to this person but it doesn't allow me to do so. Shouldn't there be a way to respond to the written feedbacks that are sent without disclosing the member's name? This person has sent me written feedback asking some questions and disclosing more information on the issue.  I feel that I should respond to the request for help but there is absolutely no way to do so. I don't know what you guys think about it.  It's just a suggestion. ~ Sabrina

I always have problems like that.  That's why if I think they might want to mention more, I usually say that they can PM me if they like.  I've had a few people PM me... but it does get confusing when they don't mention what they are PMing for.  It really would be nice to give the opportunity to respond back.  Or otherwise, make like an updated e-help post or something, if the person would like...
