I'm not sure if this suggestion has already been made but I'm going to make it anyway.

I just received written feedback from an anonymous eHelp that I have recently replied to.  I would like to reply back to this person but it doesn't allow me to do so.

Shouldn't there be a way to respond to the written feedbacks that are sent without disclosing the member's name?

This person has sent me written feedback asking some questions and disclosing more information on the issue.  I feel that I should respond to the request for help but there is absolutely no way to do so.

I don't know what you guys think about it.  It's just a suggestion.

This is a support site, not a place to socialize!

Everybody knows that people don't require more than one response to an anonymous eHelp. I mean, everyone would rather see updates about 'protecting how much money xxx has donated', making FAQ submissions being able to be rated without a snag, and changing code so that posts read 'posted today' if they were posted today! I mean, it's pretty obvious that the whole 'continual support' thing isn't nearly as important as these updates. Come on, use your head, guys.

How can you say that?  I've gotten written feedbacks asking for more help.  Some have even asked me questions and stuff like that.  That is in no was socializing.

DEFINITELY. I've said this before.

In that situation I personally would reply again to the eHelp but referring to the feedback.

This has been suggested at least 5 times before. I agree. Most people agree. I don't know why it can't happen.

Sorry, I didn't notice. They were posted quite some time ago.

No, I'm just saying that it's been suggested a lot. I don't get why the suggestions are ignored.

I know.  It's a perfectly logical idea.  And maybe if this system is implemented, it could also possibly reduce the amount of eHelps.  I've seen many eHelps which are updates from previous ones or eHelps posted from the same member in a short period of time.

Yeah... I always have problems like that.  That's why if I think they might want to mention more, I usually say that they can PM me if they like.  I've had a few people PM me... but it does get confusing when they don't mention what they are PMing for.  It really would be nice to give the opportunity to respond back.  Or otherwise, make like an updated e-help post or something, if the person would like...

I've had that before andI'm like annoyed i can't reply as i want to help the person further. However I don't think it's been suggested but it's a good idea!
